Today, we organized a “Healthy Nutrition Workshop” to understand how many calories individuals should take daily and how healthy they eat.
In the workshop, we learned how balanced we eat by preparing a meal. The salad we prepared replaced a meal and we learned practically how much protein, how much carbohydrates and how much vegetables we should consume in a meal. While preparing the salad, we also informed the young people about healthy nutrition.
We asked questions about the information and also played a game about healthy living.
